Turkey Goulash

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup fat free milk
6 small potatoes
1 can half-fat mushroom soup (or fat free if you can find it)
1 cup cooked lean ground turkey
1-2 cups green beans
1-2 cups carrots
1-2 minched garlic
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. cracked pepper
other spices to taste

Recipe Instructions:

Brown the ground turkey on medium/medium-high heat.
Add spices to browining ground turkey
Mix the low-fat soup and fat free milk in a medium-sized bowl and then add to ground turkey
Add potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes on higher heat, stirring up the turkey braise off the bottom of the pan to add more flavour
Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until desired tenderness, about 10-15 minutes

Yield: 4-6 servings

Rice and Beans

Recipe Ingrediants:

1 cup canned beans
1 cup brown rice
1 egg hard/soft boiled
1 ounce fat free cheese
1 tbsp. fat free sour cream
1 tbsp. salsa

Recipe Instructions:

In medium-sized bowl, place rice and beans in their own halves in the bowl
Place boiled egg either hard/soft boiled, cooked to your preference, on top of rice and beans
Place the fat free sour cream and salsa on top of the rice and beans
Sprinkle the fat free cheese across the dish
Enjoy!
