Turkey Goulash
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup fat free milk
6 small potatoes
1 can half-fat mushroom soup (or fat free if you can find it)
1 cup cooked lean ground turkey
1-2 cups green beans
1-2 cups carrots
1-2 minched garlic
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. cracked pepper
other spices to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Brown the ground turkey on medium/medium-high heat.
Add spices to browining ground turkey
Mix the low-fat soup and fat free milk in a medium-sized bowl and then add to ground turkey
Add potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes on higher heat, stirring up the turkey braise off the bottom of the pan to add more flavour
Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until desired tenderness, about 10-15 minutes
Yield: 4-6 servings
